Social Media Content Designer / Editor

Overview

Iquester Solutions LLP is looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Designer / Editor to create engaging graphics and videos for our social platforms using AI-driven design and editing tools. You will design carousels, thumbnails, infographics, and short- and long-form video, write captions and scripts, and turn technical topics into simple, engaging content. A strong portfolio can replace a formal degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and infographics for social platforms using AI design tools.
• Produce and edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and long-form content using AI video tools.
• Generate visuals, images, and video clips with tools like Midjourney, Higgsfield, and Google Flow.
• Write captions, scripts, and campaign copy, using AI tools to draft and refine.
• Manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and WhatsApp.
• Use scheduling and analytics tools to plan and track content.
• Use AI tools to speed up editing, repurposing, and subtitling.
• Turn technical topics into simple, engaging content.
• Manage your own work and deliver on deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field (a strong portfolio can replace a formal degree).
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and editing tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, and Google Flow.
• Good prompting skills for generating consistent, on-brand images and video.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus).
• Basic video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (a plus).
• Strong copywriting skills for captions, scripts, and campaign content.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and WhatsApp, plus scheduling and analytics tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools for editing, repurposing, and subtitling.
• Self-managed and deadline-driven, with the ability to simplify technical topics.
