PCB Designer

Overview

Iquester Solutions LLP is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Designer with hands-on experience in printed circuit board design and development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with PCB layout, routing, and preparing manufacturing files. Experience with embedded hardware, high-speed PCB design, and wireless or Ethernet-based systems is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts for electronic hardware.
• Perform component placement, routing, and design optimization.
• Generate Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure PCB designs meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware and embedded systems teams.
• Support design validation, troubleshooting, and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on PCB design experience.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, or Fusion 360.
• Strong understanding of PCB layout, component placement, and routing.
• Experience preparing Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication files.
• Familiarity with embedded hardware and electronic circuit design.
• Knowledge of ESP32 and Nordic nRF52/nRF53 platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience with Ethernet interfaces and high-speed PCB routing is a plus.

Required Skills

Education

A degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
